Jazz Meets India

Pairing a European free-jazz quintet with a traditional Indian trio, this project navigates the structural intersections of modal improvisation and raga scales. The musicians maintain a careful balance, allowing the sitar and tabla to set rhythmic patterns before the horn section introduces abrasive, avant-garde textures.
