Album Notes & Community Reviews

The veteran French post-metal ensemble creates an overwhelmingly massive, deeply cinematic sixth studio album. 'Hyperion' features incredibly slow, punishingly heavy guitar riffs that constantly swell and recede, enveloped by profoundly dark, melancholic atmospheric synthesizer textures. The record is a brilliantly executed, wonderfully somber, and deeply apocalyptic journey through heavy music.
