Album Notes & Community Reviews

Breaking a twelve-year silence, the venerated Australian instrumental trio reunites for a sprawling, remarkably cohesive session of free improvisation. Driven heavily by Warren Ellis's tempestuous, evocative violin work, the long-form post-rock tracks effortlessly build from delicate pastoral ambiance into frantic, noisy crescendos.
