Album Notes & Community Reviews
Documenting a wildly explosive, deeply historic Parisian concert from 1948, this archival release showcases an incredibly aggressive, massive big band navigating highly complex bebop charts. The ferociously frantic tempos and triumphant brass pyrotechnics completely revolutionized the European understanding of modern American music.
