Album Notes & Community Reviews

Swedish producer Armand Jakobsson processes a difficult breakup through this defining masterpiece of the internet-born lo-fi house movement. The record purposefully utilizes heavy tape hiss, distorted drum machines, and deeply nostalgic, emotional R&B vocal samples to craft a blurry, deeply romantic club atmosphere. It stands as a wonderfully vulnerable, rhythmically infectious statement of heartbreak.
