Featuring legendary figures from the Norwegian black metal scene, including Fenriz and Apollyon, the supergroup delivered a remarkably chaotic, hyper-aggressive sophomore effort. The production wildly splices traditional, freezing black metal atmosphere with the incredibly fast, rhythmic riffing of vintage 1980s thrash metal. It represents their final recording anchored in old-school extreme metal before their radical, career-defining pivot toward avant-garde industrial sounds.
