On their debut record, Dolorian intentionally bypasses standard doom metal tropes in favor of sparse, chilling atmospheres and an agonizingly slow sonic pace. Whispered vocals and subtle keyboard textures are employed to heavily amplify the pessimistic and profoundly bleak tone of the compositions.
