Donovan in Concert

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded at the Anaheim Convention Center, this live document captures the Scottish troubadour at the absolute height of his flower-power commercial zenith. Supported by an eccentric jazz-folk ensemble that includes flutes and congas, the setlist weaves his whimsical, psychedelic pop hits with delicate acoustic balladry, perfectly encapsulating the era's pastoral, mystical countercultural aesthetic.
