Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as the debut project from members of Tomb Mold and Innumerable Forms, 'Tide Turns Eternal' introduces a uniquely vibrant and atmospheric approach to death doom. The album heavily incorporates gleaming 12-string acoustic passages and ethereal guitar solos, creating a surreal contrast against its crushing, funereal tempo. It effectively injects elements of psychedelic and post-rock into a genre typically defined by pure bleakness.
