Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing to capitalize on his massively successful, reverb-drenched instrumental aesthetic, the guitarist subtly softens his aggressive edge in favor of sweeping, slightly more melodic pop structures. 'Especially for You' utilizes a vocal chorus and lush saxophone accents to frame his signature low-register, twang-heavy guitar riffs. The highly polished production successfully transitioned his tough, rockabilly-rooted sound toward broader, mainstream adult-contemporary appeal.
