Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Esbj枚rn Svensson Trio continues to blur the boundaries between contemporary jazz improvisation and the textural dynamics of post-rock. The piano-led compositions are highly melodic and accessible, yet frequently break into intense, distorted rhythmic grooves. It further cemented their reputation as one of the most innovative and popular European jazz ensembles of the era.
