Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Broken Toy Shop' is the second and final solo outing by Mark Oliver Everett before he fully adopted the Eels moniker. The record is characterized by a slightly polished pop-rock sheen that barely masks his deeply introspective, melancholic, and often eccentric songwriting approach.
