Album Notes & Community Reviews
Capturing an obscure 1990 London performance, this release documents the foundational blueprints of the drone metal subgenre. Dylan Carlson's amplifier-worship creates geological walls of low-frequency feedback, notably featuring guest vocals from Kurt Cobain on the track 'Divine and Bright'. The sludgy, tectonic recording profoundly influenced the extreme fringes of underground doom and experimental rock.
