Album Notes & Community Reviews
Marking his final solo release of the 1980s, the Tangerine Dream mastermind utilized the cutting-edge digital synthesizers of the era to craft deeply expansive, cinematic soundscapes. 'Pinnacles' heavily features complex sequencer patterns inspired by his travels through the Australian outback, leaning heavily into a bright, almost New Age aesthetic. The pristine, highly rhythmic compositions demonstrated his ongoing mastery of evolving electronic music technology.
