Wa-Do-Dem
by Eek-A-Mouse
Eek-A-Mouse introduced his sing-jay style on 'Wa-Do-Dem' over roots reggae and dancehall rhythms produced by Linval Thompson. The nasal, melodic toasting on the title track helped popularize the deejay approach. The album became a foundational release in early 1980s Jamaican music.
