Album Notes & Community Reviews

Jeff Lynne fully embraced the dominant disco trends of the late 70s, infusing ELO's symphonic rock grandiosity with driving, dance-floor-ready rhythms. 'Discovery' features massive, remarkably lush pop-rock hits like 'Don't Bring Me Down', delivering a highly melodic, beautifully romantic, and deeply uplifting orchestral pop experience.
