Virga I

Album Notes & Community Reviews

As the first volume of an archival series, the record explores the boundaries between minimalist composition and the organic degradation of analog tape. The arrangements feature long-form drones and subtle rhythmic cycles that create a sense of persistent temporal drift. It conceptually addresses the physical property of 'virga'—precipitation that evaporates before hitting the ground—reflected in the music's elusive and ephemeral textures.
