Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as their final heavily metal-oriented release before transitioning fully into acoustic dark folk, the German duo's sophomore album is deeply rooted in naturalistic melancholy. Sweeping orchestral synthesizers, acoustic interludes, and mournful vocal passages perfectly capture a deeply romanticized, profoundly sorrowful vision of the European wilderness.
