Heimdal

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Drawing conceptual inspiration from the Norse deity of the same name, the Norwegian veterans continue their sophisticated evolution within progressive black metal. The album seamlessly blends extreme metal ferocity with expansive, atmospheric passages and clean vocal harmonies. It serves as a complex, mythological meditation on beginnings and endings from a deeply influential fixture in the Scandinavian scene.
