San Francisco producer Sander Dennis, recording as EPROM, assembled his debut album from the mutant bass music he had been circulating on singles, thirteen tracks opening with 'Honey Badger' and taking in the woozy 'Regis Chillbin'. The Dutch label Rwina, then a hub of the transatlantic beats underground, issued it as the full-length statement of the West Coast bass sound he had helped define.
