Album Notes & Community Reviews

The French trumpeter significantly updated the post-bop tradition by heavily integrating contemporary urban rhythms into a live band setting. Often compared to Miles Davis's electric era, 'The Dawn' seamlessly bridges the gap between acoustic jazz improvisation, trip-hop drum breaks, and atmospheric acid jazz textures.
