Album Notes & Community Reviews

A sincere homage from one of honky-tonk's pioneering figures to the foundational 'Father of Country Music.' The vocalist infuses the classic blue yodels and train songs with his own distinctively warm, relaxed Texas drawl, ensuring the survival of this early repertoire in the post-war commercial market.
