Album Notes & Community Reviews

Detroit rapper Esham cements his 'acid rap' sound with this profoundly disturbing and highly controversial third studio album. 'KKKill the Fetus' is a relentless, misanthropic exploration of urban decay, Satanism, and manic violence laid over grim, sample-heavy production.
