Album Notes & Community Reviews
Formed by members of Godspeed You! Black Emperor and Thee Silver Mt. Zion, the Montreal-based instrumental duo delivers a deeply evocative, predominantly acoustic sophomore release. The incredibly delicate, cinematic tracks rely almost entirely on the intricate, improvisational interplay between cello and marimba, occasionally accented by subtle percussion.
