Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded entirely unaccompanied inside a reverberant church, this monumental solo saxophone release captures the absolute zenith of European free improvisation. Parker utilizes impossibly demanding circular breathing and multiphonic techniques to generate a hypnotic, continuously cascading wall of avant-garde acoustic dissonance.
