Album Notes & Community Reviews
Pivoting brilliantly away from acoustic sophisti-pop, Everything but the Girl embraces the rhythmic innovations of 90s UK club culture on 'Walking Wounded'. The duo marries deeply introspective, melancholic lyricism with atmospheric drum and bass and deep house, crafting a highly nocturnal, urban downtempo masterpiece.
