Biography
Everything but the Girl are an English duo, Tracey Thorn and Ben Watt, formed in Hull in 1982 after meeting at the University of Hull. Starting with the jazzy folk pop of 'Eden' (1984), they found worldwide success when a remix of 'Missing' became a global hit, then turned to electronica on 'Walking Wounded' (1996). After a hiatus of more than two decades, they returned with 'Fuse' in 2023.
