Album Notes & Community Reviews

Mike Watt and George Hurley continue to refine their uniquely elastic, jazz-inflected rhythm section on this vibrant third album. Ed Crawford's passionate guitar work and earnest vocal delivery guide the trio through a collection of tight, dynamic indie rock tracks that bounce with anxious, funk-tinged energy. It is a highly melodic, sentimental triumph for the celebrated Minutemen successors.
