Formed as a side project by members of the metalcore band Vein.fm, the group's debut full-length revives the heavy, drop-tuned alternative metal and shoegaze sounds of the late 1990s. The intensely energetic record contrasts pummeling, down-tuned guitar riffs with ethereal, dual-gender vocal harmonies.
