Biography
Fleshwater is a Boston alternative rock band formed in 2017 as an offshoot of *Vein.fm*, built around Anthony DiDio and Marisa Shirar with Jeremy Martin and Jonathan Lhaubouet. Their sound, often labelled grungegaze or nu-gaze, layers hushed male-female vocals over heavy, reverb-drenched guitars. After the 'demo2020' EP and its breakout track 'Linda Claire', they released 'We're Not Here to Be Loved' (2022) and '2000: In Search of the Endless Sky' (2025) on #Closed Casket Activities#.
