Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following a period of creating more club-focused material, Kieran Hebden's 'New Energy' marks a return to a more introspective and eclectic sound. The album gracefully combines ambient soundscapes, intricate IDM-influenced percussion, and elements of spiritual jazz and folk music. Created using primarily software-based instruments, it represents a more delicate and meditative side of Four Tet's versatile discography.
