Moon Blood

Album Notes & Community Reviews

A legendary, exceptionally rare private-press release, this album is a stunning monolith of dark, doom-laden psychedelic rock. While ostensibly Christian in its lyrical orientation, the music leans into terrifying, heavy-psych structures and a sense of impending apocalyptic dread that prefigured the doom-metal movement by decades. It is a wildly essential, cult-worshipped document of the American private-press underground.
