Album Notes & Community Reviews

Heavily inspired by the expansive, horn-driven approach of 'Hot Rats', Frank Zappa composed this spectacular big-band jazz fusion masterpiece while recovering from significant injuries. 'Waka / Jawaka' is wonderfully quirky and fiercely technical, weaving deeply complex, highly avant-garde jazz-rock improvisations with remarkably playful, distinctively surreal progressive structures.
