Album Notes & Community Reviews
Written and recorded in the immediate aftermath of his highly publicized, ultimately dismissed imprisonment in Europe, Gibbs delivers a remarkably focused and triumphant comeback. The relatively brief album balances his typical, rapid-fire street narratives with incredibly grateful, introspective reflections on his newfound freedom. The production leans heavily into lush, orchestral trap and dramatic, classical string samples.
