Album Notes & Community Reviews

Free followed their commercial peak with a more subdued studio album that emphasized space, restraint, and Paul Rodgers' vocal phrasing. 'Highway' has often been discussed as a transitional record in the band's short catalogue, preceding internal strain and their temporary breakup.
