Album Notes & Community Reviews
'Red Medicine' finds Fugazi pushing their muscular post-hardcore sound into heavily distorted, highly experimental noise rock territory. The album is incredibly dissonant, raw, and anxious, balancing their signature rhythmic political anger with sprawling, avant-garde textures.
