Album Notes & Community Reviews

Funebrarum's debut 'Beneath the Columns of Abandoned Gods' is a masterclass in dark, cavernous old-school death metal. The album channels the crushing, doom-laden atmosphere of early Incantation and Finnish death metal, defined by murky production, deep guttural vocals, and suffocatingly heavy riffs. It stands as a pivotal release in the early 2000s death metal revival.
