Album Notes & Community Reviews

Shedding the death-metal growls of their early work, 'In Fields of Pestilent Grief' heavily features clean, mournful female vocals set against crushing slowness. The Norwegian band executes a profoundly sombre and lethargic form of doom metal that borders on ethereal gothic melodrama.
