Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded live at the Festival International de Musique Actuelle de Victoriaville, this blistering performance showcases Keiji Haino's power trio at their most impenetrable. The lengthy, improvisational tracks alternate between funereal, spacious dirges and overwhelming tsunamis of guitar feedback and chaotic rhythm. The recording is a punishing testament to the sheer physical weight of Japanese avant-garde rock.
