Album Notes & Community Reviews

The California rapper fully embraces a dark, cinematic approach to modern pop-rap on his massively successful sophomore major-label album. 'When It's Dark Out' perfectly pairs incredibly slick, trap-influenced drum production with moody synthesizer melodies and high-profile guest vocalists. The record serves as a highly rhythmic, undeniably commercial, and unapologetically vulgar soundtrack to late-night excess.
