Album Notes & Community Reviews

This critically acclaimed sophomore effort from the British sextet masterfully integrates sweeping brass arrangements into a sophisticated progressive rock framework. Their expansive sound freely incorporates elements of classical music, folk, and jazz, avoiding the aggressive hard rock tendencies of many of their brass-rock contemporaries. It remains an exemplary, refined showcase of the progressive ambitions harbored by the Deram label roster.
