Projector

Written and self-recorded in a basement studio while the band members were still in high school, 'Projector' is a post-punk debut defined by anxious energy and unpredictable song structures. The album merges wiry, interlocking guitar riffs and a driving rhythm section with vocalist Cameron Winter's sardonic, often yelped, lyrics that touch on themes of youthful frustration and surreal observations. The initial DIY recordings were later given a professional mix by Dan Carey, resulting in a sound that is both raw and polished, capturing a volatile dynamic that shifts between catchy accessibility and complex, dissonant explorations.
