Album Notes & Community Reviews

Swedish extreme metal veterans General Surgery finally released their highly anticipated debut full-length, 'Left Hand Pathology', seventeen years after their formation. The album is a masterful execution of classic Carcass-worship, delivering relentlessly fast goregrind built entirely on buzzsaw guitar riffs, blast beats, and deeply pitch-shifted medical horrors.
