Released on the Beatles' short-lived experimental subsidiary label, this challenging avant-garde project consists entirely of two lengthy improvisations performed on a newly acquired Moog synthesizer. Devoid of any conventional melody or rhythm, it stands as an extremely early, albeit polarizing, foray into pure electronic noise by a mainstream rock artist.
