Album Notes & Community Reviews

Continuing to document a wildly successful Parisian excursion, this second volume perfectly emphasizes the baritone saxophonist's remarkably nimble, highly sophisticated improvisational grace. The incredibly airy, deeply contrapuntal arrangements actively dismantled the perception that the bulky instrument could only serve a heavy, rhythmic function.
