Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Swedish theatrical rock juggernaut introduces a new frontman persona, 'Papa Emeritus IV', for this ambitious concept record centered on the rise and fall of empires. The production leans heavily into the polished, arena-ready sounds of 1980s glam metal and AOR, utilizing massive choruses to deliver their signature darkly satirical and anti-religious narratives.
