Album Notes & Community Reviews

Returning with their first full-length album in fifteen years, the revered Los Angeles doom metal collective sounds more focused and energetic than ever. 'Black Age Blues' relies on Greg Anderson鈥檚 impossibly thick, blues-driven guitar riffs and Pete Stahl鈥檚 soulful, commanding vocal delivery. The album frequently incorporates female backing vocals, adding a surprisingly uplifting, gospel-tinged element to their traditionally heavy sound.
