Album Notes & Community Reviews

Goblin's score for Dario Argento's 'Profondo Rosso' was written in a single night and recorded in a day after jazz composer Giorgio Gaslini left the production, and it sold over a million copies in its first year, topping the Italian singles and LP charts. Its seven tracks divide between Goblin's compositions, played by Claudio Simonetti, Massimo Morante, Fabio Pignatelli and Walter Martino, and Gaslini pieces performed by the band.
