Album Notes & Community Reviews

Washington, D.C. straight-edge band Good Clean Fun use 'On the Streets Saving the Scene From the Forces of Evil' to satirize hardcore's own pieties from inside the movement, frontman Mr. Issa delivering the jokes over melodic hardcore played straight. The result is a document of positive hardcore that treats sincerity and parody as the same gesture.
