Album Notes & Community Reviews
Stepping away from The Tragically Hip, Gordon Downie's solo debut is a highly eccentric, deeply poetic companion piece to his published book of poetry. The album blends sparse, acoustic singer-songwriter folk with chaotic bursts of noise pop and surreal, stream-of-consciousness spoken word passages.
